A Man riding a moped is like a man dating a chubby chic; their fun to ride but you dont ever want your friends to see you riding one.
Well, my male health teacher rides one. As far as I know, nobody makes fun of him. I’ve actually never seen a girl ride one.. >.>

In the UK men drive them MORE. Well, not men but teenage boys.
You have to be 17 to drive a car over here but only 16 to drive a moped/scooter/bike up to 50cc.
Also here in London they’re used a lot by men who are couriers etc…
Mostly men ride mopeds, but when you go camping they are so easy to ride that you can easily teach girls how to drive them, then sneak off together and…………
everyone rides mopeds but i would say most men who do probably have people makin fun of them depending on their age. if ya see a 25 year old guy on a moped that would be a lot more funny than a 15 year old riding, because their not fast or powerful like an actual motorcycle.
Yes men do ride mopeds. I would ride one. But I don’t like is , small tires. It will be painful when hit pot holes, I have back problems. and It give us a great gas mileages. and great ride around towns. Not on like 45 or more mph. Not good ideas

I wouldn’t ride one today, as a safety thing.
Over the years, it seems that only the older people are riding them.
As a result, they ride stupidly: on the shoulder, erratic movements, etc. They do not follow the road rules. Cars do not respect them at all.
Except for the speed limitation, they have all the rights and responsibilities as motorcycles. Unfortunately, most car drivers don’t realize what those are, which is why I had to remind a woman that she was in MY lane and didn’t belong next to me (on a full-size motorcycle).
I realize that the above is probably a location-specific thing. At least I hope so. Mopeds are a fun, economical way to get about. I would still ride one if I wasn’t worried about being run over.
