From what I understand I have to get a class M endorsement on my license. I would have to have a learners permit be watched by someone ect. However I know no one to watch me with one who has a valid motorcycle license. You can bypass having the learner’s permit by going to a motorcycle education class. But they teach you on a motorcycle. I want no part of a motorcycle because I seriously have issues with things that are not automatic with a clutch. The classes in my area at Apex Cycle Education say you can’t use your own bike hence my scooter. So I dunno what to do. Anyone know if I am reading the rules right? If so are there classes offered that Virgina DMV accepts for those riding scooters not motorcycles. Because they operate diffrentlly but similar.

If I beef up the suspension on a Honda Ruckus, would that increase the rider weight capacity?
